Ingredients
For the Sauce

oil

onion
finely chopped

garlic

worcestershire sauce

brown OR white sugar

ketchup

honey dijon mustard
For the Meatballs
1 1/2
lbs
ground beef

cup
oats
1/2
onion
finely chopped

egg
1
tbs
worcestershire
1
tsp
salt
pepper
to taste
Instructions
To prepare sauce, start by heating oil in a sauce pan.
Add onion and garlic and saute until tender
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a low boil.
Turn heat to low and simmer while you prepare the meatballs.
Thoroughly mix all the above ingredients for meatballs in large mixing bowl.
Form meatballs approximately 1 inch in diameter.
Place in single layer in 13×9 baking dish
Bake in 375 oven for 30-45 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
Spoon BBQ sauce evenly over meatballs.
Return to the oven for 5-7 more minutes.
Serve over egg noodles, rice or on sandwiches.
