Peanut Butter and Jelly Recipes

We’re right in the middle of back to school shopping season, and we’re already starting to see some pretty good deals on breakfast and lunch items. Since we’re likely to see some great prices on peanut butter (can this possibly get more expensive?) and jelly, I thought it would be fun to round up some unique peanut butter and jelly recipes that didn’t include the word “sandwich”.

Send these in lunches, serve some of them for breakfast or after school treats, bake some up for parties.

PB&J Microwave Mug Cake – WonkyWonderful
Looking for a quick and fun after school snack? Try this!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookie Bars – Tammilee Tips
These look to die for and I’m not even a peanut butter and jelly fan.

DIY Smucker’s Uncrustables – The Pinning Mama
Don’t pay full price for crustless pb&j at the store! Make them yourself!

Peanut Butter & Jelly Popsicles – A Day in Our Shoes
Ok, seriously? If it can be made into a popsicle and look this good? I’m all in!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Puppy Chow – Lady Behind the Curtain
Puppy chow? Yes, please. I’ve yet to try a puppy chow recipe I didn’t like.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Thumbprint Cookies – Thrifty Jinxy
Thumbprint cookies are a fave around our house.

Peanut Butter Snack Idea: Fluffy Roll Ups – Krystal’s Kitsch
If sandwiches are getting boring, try these roll ups made with peanut butter and marshmallow creme.

These deep dish cookies resemble mini cobblers, to which I say “bring it!”
